Top Talent Agency was established in 2008 by Warren Bacci.

Warren, Principal of Hertfordshire’s leading stage school: “Top Hat Stage & Screen School” originally started the acting division primarily placing Top Hat children in West End, TV and Film roles.

We decided to set up 2 separate divisions within TOP TALENT AGENCY: A “Modelling” division and also an “Acting” division. We decided to do this as both Industries are very different and require different talents from our children. Those that are represented on our “Modelling” division are those we have individually selected as they make great models and are also extremely photogenic. With the launch of the Modelling division, it has allowed us to present a whole new range of faces to the Photographic Industry. Our website is regularly updated and we have a superb team of dedicated bookers that can meet any casting criteria you may have.

Warren Bacci (DIRECTOR)

Warren continues his career as Principal for Hertfordshire’s leading stage school: “Top Hat Stage & Screen School”. With over 10 years teaching children in drama and dance. Warren is also seen regularly judging various talent shows including, “Festival 4 stars” and “Miss Hertfordshire”. He trained in Scotland and has appeared as an actor is a variety of TV and films including: The Bill, Waking the Dead, Hotel Babylon and Silent Witness, as well as films and theatre. As casting director he has worked on a variety of projects such as short films, comedy series and music videos and has been running the “Acting division” of Top Talent Agency since 2008 to great success. He has welcomed a great team of talented bookers and is very committed, passionate and hard working. Dedicating himself and his staff to his clients’ career and continued growth.
